CSI believes that connecting the dots and making the business case for rewards and recognition is the key to creating manager and employee engagement. CSI’s clients include many of the world’s largest and most complex organizations where we assist in creating a culture of recognition and intense employee engagement. The examples below highlight a few of the many success stories we’ve achieved in partnership with our clients.
Global Technology Company
This unique program with a leading global technology company is an example of CSI International partnering with another global recognition provider. We provide the recognition platform for the client to manage their Value Added Reseller incentive network. This global technology company chose the CSI recognition platform for its flexibility, 10 languages out of the box for users and administrators, and our unique ability to create and deliver high-impact integrated learning and on-boarding for the members of the Value Added Reseller network.
Global Heavy Equipment Manufacturer
CSI’s Layered Learning approach was designed for leaders of this global manufacturer who wanted to improve their employee engagement scores and for all new managers and supervisors. CSI designed and created a suite of seven e-learning modules that created significant impact and results in a very challenging business environment. The roll out of the engagement process coincided with the dramatic slowing of the global economy which led to rolling layoffs in 2009. Given this backdrop, an astonishing 84% of the managers who went through the CSI Layered Learning approach improved by 5 basis points or greater on their employee engagement metrics. This improvement was measured against themselves, not versus those who did not take the engagement suite of modules. Additionally, a six-sigma black belt project was initiated to correlate the benefits of the improved engagement. To date, the black belt study has attributed $75 million in correlated benefits. At the request of the client, CSI has now translated and produced six global in-language learning suites to support the overall culture of engagement.
Leading Upscale Casual Dining Company
CSI and this well-known upscale casual dining company have been successfully recognizing its 32,000 employees for almost seven years. The program transitioned through multiple leadership changes as well as through a new strategic focus. CSI assists by providing integrated recognition and service awards. The company runs a complete service anniversary and service award process as well as an instant award program. As part of our flexible recognition platform, CSI is now guiding this company along the path to create a “best in class” recognition culture. One of the comments from a recent strategic review sums up our approach very well: They like our global scale and breadth while we provide the feel of a boutique service experience, and they like the fact that we can support them with research based recognition learning for the manager’s toolkit.
Food Products Manufacturer
CSI International provided strategic recognition guidance and a seamless reward and recognition process for six years for the largest family owned food manufacturer in the United States, with over 7000 employees worldwide. The client views CSI as a trusted and pro-active recognition partner who continues to provide recognition best practices and insights to unique cultural challenges and opportunities. Through CSI’s design and flexible web-based system, the client has a single sign on recognition website for both recipients and managers for the multiple programs currently running, including service awards, tier/level awards and peer nominations.
International Energy System Manufacturer
The leader in the manufacturing and distribution of energy systems engaged CSI to integrate 11 different companies under their umbrella, each with their own individual programs, into a unified recognition process. CSI International partnered with each of this company’s individual locations to design and tailor the independent yet integrated programs. CSI currently manages 11 different programs with common user experience for all participants.
